Apps & iPads
Loan an iPad
We have four iPads for staff and students to borrow. You can use the iPad in the library or take it home for up to seven days.
Our iPads come pre-installed with iOS 8 and a range of apps.
To borrow an iPad you must be a registered library user and you will need to complete a loan agreement form.
The iPads can be returned to the library during staffed hours only. In the event of non-return, you will be charged for complete replacement at a cost of £457.00 plus VAT. Other charges for broken, lost and damaged parts also apply. A late return fee of £5 per day will apply if the iPad isn’t returned by the correct date.

The NICE British National Formulary (BNF) and NICE British National Formulary for Children (BNFC) apps have been developed to provide easy access to the latest up-to-date prescribing information from the most widely-used medicines information resources within the NHS. Both the BNF and BNFC apps are available to download for free by health and social care professionals who work for or who are contracted by the NHS in England, Scotland and Wales.
