We collect data in order to operate Library & Knowledge Services. This includes registering you as a member of LKS, accepting a literature search request, processing a request for an article or book and accepting feedback and suggestions on our services.

We will only share your personal data submitted through our website with our Trust finance department, other NHS libraries and institutes of higher education in order to recover library property or in pursuance of unpaid fines and charges
How long is your information kept for?
Your data is stored securely and deleted as soon as it is no longer required for our records or day to day operation, in accordance with the Data Protection legislation.
