How to Join

Joining the library is easy - simply select either the staff or student button below and this will take you to the corresponding registration form. Alternatively, you can fill out a paper registration form in the library.

A library card will be prepared for you on your first visit. This will include a library number and pin which will then allow you to loan and return books using our self-service facilities.

Who Can Join

Membership of the library is available to the following groups:

All employees of Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust - including Royal Primary Care.
All employees of Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust.
Students from educational establishments whilst undertaking clinical placements within the Trust.
Other NHS and Social Care Staff employed within the Midlands area under the terms of the Health Education East Midlands Service Level Agreement.

If you do not fall into any of the groups above, please ask us about membership.
